Winnowill, from Ral Partha's Elfquest miniatures. Sculpted by Julie Guthrie.
The flesh-shaped critters were originally blood wolves, discontinued oldies from Reaper. Just added a bit of scupty. None of the texture I tried adding to the tentacles worked out well, so I finally just went with flat black and pink.
